Receive Maddie's support and perspective on certain health topics if/where welcomed by you. Maddie will refer out to other practitioners where necessary.

Leave the program having adopted a lifestyle more aligned with your healthiest self (on & off the plate)!

For those interested in the RESET (3-month support), complete the application form and schedule your free consultation call (Google Calendar link in the form).

1. Complete an Application & Book a Consult Call 

In a free, 30 minute consultation call, we will review your application form, discussing your current lifestyle, obstacles you are facing, & your health and wellness goals. We'll assess if we are a good, mutual fit to work together! If you decide to move forward, I will begin the process of onboarding you as a client.

2.  Join the Consult Call

This is where our collaboration and your road to becoming the best version of you officially begin! In our sessions, YOU decide what it is you want to focus on in our time together. I will suggest 1-3 lifestyle or nutrition modifications to move you towards your goals. You will build on habits formed in the prior week, we will celebrate the progress you’ve made, (big and small), review what obstacles you’re continually facing and collaboratively brainstorm appropriate solutions. With consistency, accountability and passion, it is just a matter of time before you see results and achieve your goals. YOU are healing yourself to better health and I am just a guide.

3. Program Begins!

After you’ve completed the allotted time of the program (3 months / 13 weeks), you have the option to extend if you desire continued support and accountability.

Supporting those with complex and advanced disease is out of my scope of practice.

I do not conduct testing or lab work. (I can guide you to the right person, but I cannot prescribe or diagnose!).

If you are not willing to put in the work and actually implement changes into your life.
